These SMS Terms govern your receipt of text (SMS) messages from Blue Quality Lawn Care LLC ("Blue Lawns," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Blue Quality Lawn Care LLC operates a customer-care SMS program that sends text messages related to your inquiry, quote, scheduling, and active services with us.

  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates
  • Quote follow-ups and estimate delivery notifications
  • Service reminders (e.g., upcoming mow, weather rescheduling)
  • Account or invoice notifications
  • Responses to questions you have sent us by text

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate, explicit consent.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically 2–6 messages per month per active inquiry or job. Frequency may be higher during active scheduling and lower or zero outside of active service periods.

Msg & data rates may apply. Blue Quality Lawn Care LLC does not charge for SMS; however, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

The SMS service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or your SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not share this information with affiliates for promotional purposes. We share your phone number only with the service providers needed to deliver our messages, who are contractually bound to use the data only to perform services for us.
